The spirit of liberating the mind and seeking truth from facts. It requires our party to both liberate our minds and seek truth from facts, always adhering to the perspective of the development of Marxist historical practice, and insisting that practice is the only criterion for testing truth.

The spirit of keeping up with the times and daring to innovate. It requires our party to use the broad perspective of Marxism to observe the world, enrich ourselves with the latest contemporary knowledge, not only adhere to the basics and dogma, keep up with the times, and continuously promote theoretical innovation, institutional innovation, and technological innovation.

The spirit of knowing difficulties and moving forward without hesitation. It requires all comrades in the Party and the people of the whole country to strive for self-improvement, strive for governance, think about the source of political wealth, and strive for progress while being rich, constantly climbing new heights in their careers.

The spirit of hard work and practical results. It requires the promotion of the Party's fine traditions throughout the Party, so that diligence and frugality in building a country and carrying out all undertakings are prevalent throughout the Party. We vigorously advocate a good culture of telling the truth, doing practical things, seeking practical results, and being dedicated to our duties. We persist in opposing and criticizing the bad work style of being an official, being an old master, showing off, practicing formalism, and empty talk that harms the country.

The spirit of indifference to fame and fortune, selfless dedication. It requires cadres and party members at all levels of the party to have the worries of the world first and the joy of the world later, to have the character of the people and the party's cause in their hearts, to have a strong sense of career and responsibility, to be honest, diligent, and extremely responsible to the party and the people.
