Thirty-five Years of Unyielding Dedication, Pursuing the Centennial Dream in Our Hearts

In the 35 years of challenging journeys, "Miaoguniang" has traversed through time. Reflecting on the memories of yesterday, the heart surges with emotions. For 35 years, it has been a harmonious melody, playing with dedication for the continuation of the musical notes of life. Through 35 years of overcoming obstacles, tirelessly and ceaselessly, all for the realization of the century-old dream in the heart! As the saying goes, diligence is rewarded by heaven. Today, Miaoguniang Group has steadily advanced on the road to realizing dreams. 

Looking back, the hardships of entrepreneurial endeavors in the past are unforgettable. In December 1988, I established Guiding County Qinghong Printing Factory, which situated in the original No. 2 Agricultural Machinery Factory of Guiding County, with an initial investment of RMB 13,000. A few shabby workshops, several outdated printing machines, and a few hastily assembled employees constituted the entire printing factory. Since then, rain or shine, managing production, procuring raw materials, navigating the market, and delivering products – my employees and I have toiled together. 

From that moment on, I forged an inseparable connection with the enterprise. 

Diligence never goes unrewarded. After days and nights of hard work, the stability of employees' positions and the initial accumulation of capital for the printing factory were achieved. My journey in the industry had a promising start! 

Fortunately, after twenty-seven years of hard work and numerous transformations, Guiding Qinghong Printing Factory has met the conditions to leap to a new level in terms of scale, brand, production, technology, talent, as well as internal and external factors such as recognition and attention from Party committees, governments at all levels, and various sectors of society. So, in December 2015, Guizhou Miaoguniang Holding Group (formerly Guizhou Jinxiang Industry General Company) - a genuine, diversified, large-scale, and cross-regional local private enterprise with multiple subsidiaries, over 600 employees, and a core business covering "food, beverages, health supplements, health food, baijiu, and color printing packaging cartons" - was finally established with the caring support of Party committees, governments at all levels, departments, leaders at all levels, and various sectors of society! 

Over the past 35 years, the collective efforts of all our staff have yielded commendable results in aspects such as social image, corporate culture, market expansion, and staff team development. 

We have been honored with titles such as the "National Agricultural Products Processing Industry Demonstration Base in Central Qiannan of Guizhou Province", "National Designated Production Enterprise of Ethnic Special Commodities", "Provincial Key Leading Enterprise of Agricultural Industrialization Operation in Guizhou Province", "Key Enterprise for Criminal Law Enforcement and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of Public Security Organs in Guizhou Province", and "Provincial Productive Protection Base of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Guizhou Province". 

We also successfully made the key product, Miaoguniang Liver-benefiting Herbal Tea as a "National Intangible Cultural Heritage Product", "National Protected Product with Geographical Indications", "National Invention Patent Product" and "Guizhou Time-honored Brand Product". 

We have established a brand system centered around the "Miaoguniang" brand. This system includes a series of beverages with the flagship product being the Miaoguniang Liver-benefiting Herbal Tea, a series of Seasonings featuring the Miaoguniang Shredded Pork with Pickled Peppers, and five SFDA-approved Miao medicine series with the “Linglong” brand as the core.

We have established a fundamental cultural value system that underscores the principles of honesty, conducting business with integrity, and manufacturing and managing products with ethical considerations. This system prioritizes individuals, integrity, unity, cooperation, and the pursuit of harmonious development. 

We have established a sales network system that combines traditional channels with e-commerce, promotes online live streaming, and integrates new retail models, achieving a "comprehensive development both online and offline". 

We have fostered an employee team dedicated to "being concerted with the Party, loving the Party and the country", showing dedication to their roles, and working actively. 

As we move forward, "There is a long way to go, but now we are moving forward from scratch". In business, there is no easy path, and the realization of dreams depends on hard work. Past success does not guarantee tomorrow's blueprint, and yesterday's glory is not a reason to rest on our laurels. In this era of unprecedented change, facing rapidly evolving technologies and dynamic modern markets, as long as we remain vigilant, think about development, and maintain a sense of urgency, our century-old dream will undoubtedly come true!
