He Qinghong was born in Guiding, Guizhou Province in October 1968. From August 1985 to September 1987, he worked in Guiding Cigar Factory and is currently the Chairman of Guizhou Miaoguniang Holding Group. 

I. Enterprise Establishment and Career Development

In December 1988, he founded Guiding Qinghong Printing Factory and served as the factory director; 

In April 1995, he established Guizhou Guiding Jinxiang General Company and served as the chairman; 

In May 1995, he served as the director of Guiding Distillery in Guizhou Province; 

In July 1998, Guizhou Guiding Jinxiang General Company was renamed as Guizhou Jinxiang Industry General Company, and he served as the chairman; 

In September 2000, he established Guizhou Floral Water Co., Ltd. and served as the chairman; 

In October 2004, he established Guiyang Miaoguniang Food Co., Ltd. and served as the chairman; 

In February 2008, Guizhou Special Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established, and he served as the Chairman; 

In April 2008, he founded Guizhou Miaoguniang Beverage Co., Ltd. (restructured into Guizhou Miaoguniang Holding Group Co., Ltd. in March 2017) and served as the chairman; 

In March 2009, he established Guizhou Xianglahui Food Co., Ltd. (reconstructed into Guizhou Bouyeiguniang Food Co., Ltd. in November 2013) and served as the chairman; 

In September 2009, he acquired Guizhou Water World Beverage Co., Ltd. and served as the chairman; 

In December 2013, he founded Guizhou Miaoguniang Food Co., Ltd. and served as the chairman;

In December 2015, Guizhou Miaoguniang Holding Group was established, and he served as the chairman. 

In February 2017, Guizhou Miaoguniang Holding Group Co., Ltd. was established, and he continued to serve as the Chairman. 

 

II. Social Engagements 

In June 1996, he was elected as a deputy to the 10th People's Congress of Qiannan Prefecture and a member of the 8th CPPCC Qiannan Prefecture Committee; 

In May 1997, he was elected as the 4th Vice President of Qiannan Prefecture Federation of Industry and Commerce (Chamber of Commerce); 

In March 1998, he was elected as a member of the 10th Standing Committee of the CPPCC Guiding County Committee; 

In March 1999, he was elected as a member of the 9th Standing Committee of Guizhou Federation of Industry and Commerce; 

In April 2001, he was elected as a member of the 9th CPPCC Committee of Qiannan Prefecture; 

In November 2001, he was elected as the 7th Vice President of Guiding County Federation of Industry and Commerce; 

In December 2001, he was elected as the 5th Vice President of Qiannan Prefecture Federation of Industry and Commerce (Chamber of Commerce); 

In December 2002, he was elected as a deputy to the 10th Guizhou Provincial People's Congress; 

In March 2003, he was elected as the 11th Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Guiding County Committee;

In January 2005, he was elected as the executive director of Guizhou Economic and Cultural Promotion Association;

In October 2019, he was elected as a director of Guiding Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. 

 

III. Personal Honors

In March 1996, he was rated as the "Excellent Factory Director of Light Industry System in Qiannan Prefecture" by Qiannan Textile Industry Bureau; 

In August 2001, he was rated as a "model of ethnic unity and progress" by the CPC Qiannan Prefecture Committee and the People's Government of Qiannan Prefecture; 

In March 2002, he was recognized as "The 1st Outstanding Young Private Entrepreneur of Guizhou Province" by the Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, Guizhou Economic and Trade Commission, Guizhou Rural Enterprise Bureau and Guizhou Youth Federation. 

In May 2005, he was rated as the "Excellent Builder of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in Guizhou Province" by the United Front Work Department of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee, Human Resources and Social Security Department of Guizhou Province, Guizhou Economic and Trade Commission, Guizhou Association of Industry and Commerce and other units. 

In May 2006, May 2008, May 2010 and May 2012, he was jointly selected as the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th "Star of Entrepreneurship" of Guizhou Province by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guizhou Province, Economic and Information Technology Commission of Guizhou Province, Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee of Guizhou Province, Development Research Center of Guizhou Provincial Government, Poverty Alleviation Office of Guizhou Province, Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, Guizhou Women's Federation, Guizhou Federation of Industry and Commerce and Guizhou Human Resource Development Promotion Association. 

In May 2008, he was awarded the title of "Anti-freezing and People's Livelihood Advanced Individual" by the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee and the People's Government of Guizhou Province, and won the first-class merit. In June of the same year, he was honored as one of the "Top Ten Touched Taxpayers in Qiannan Prefecture" by the Publicity Department of the CPC Qiannan Prefecture Committee, the Office for Guiding Cultural and Ethical Progress of Qiannan Prefecture, Qiannan Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Qiannan Prefecture Administration of Taxation.

In June 2010 and May 2012, he was recognized as the 9th and 10th "Star of Entrepreneurship" by China Rural Labor Resources Development Research Association, China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation and Development Research Center of the State Council. 

In October 2012, he was awarded the "Nomination Award" by the Guizhou Provincial Commission for Guiding Cultural and Ethical Progress in the Third Guizhou Provincial Moral Model Selection; in December, he was named as a provincial representative inheritor of the Bouyei's Liver-benefiting Herbal Tea, a secret recipe for preventing and treating liver diseases and benefiting liver, in the Intangible Cultural Heritage Project by the Department of Culture of Guizhou Province. 

In January 2014, he was acknowledged as the "2013 Advanced Individual in Fire Safety Work" by the Fire Safety Committee of Qiannan Prefecture. 

In February 2015, he was honored with the "Top Ten Outstanding Contribution Awards" for Private Economy in Qiannan Prefecture in 2014, as evaluated by Qiannan Federation of Industry and Commerce and Qiannan Daily. 

In December 2015, he was recognized as the "Star of Private Economic and Social Contribution in Qiannan Prefecture" by the CPC Qiannan Prefectural Committee and the People's Government of Qiannan Prefecture. 

In June 2019, he was awarded the title of "Advanced Individual in Qiannan Prefecture's Work to Create a National Demonstration Prefecture of Ethnic Unity and Progress" by the Leading Group for Creating a National Demonstration Prefecture of Ethnic Unity and Progress of Qiannan Prefecture. 

In January 2020, he was awarded the "Advanced Individual of Patriotic Support for the Armed Forces" by the Guizhou Provincial Leading Group for Double Support Work. 

In June 2020, he was recognized as the "Model of Patriotic Support for the Armed Forces" in Guizhou Province by the Guizhou Provincial Leading Group for Double Support Work, the Department of Veterans Affairs of Guizhou Province, the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Guizhou Province, and the Political Work Bureau of Guizhou Provincial Military Command. 

On November 7, 2020, he received the "National Special Contribution Award" from the Organizing Committee of the 32nd International Week of Science and Peace. 

On March 26, 2021, he was awarded the "Advanced Individual of Patriotic Support for the Armed Forces" in a "charity" public benefit activity held by the Guizhou Provincial Association for Promoting Patriotism and Supporting the Armed Forces.
