On August 17th, the 9th Member Representative Conference of Guizhou Youth Entrepreneurs Association and the 3rd Member Representative Conference of Guizhou Rural Youth Wealth Leaders Association closed in Guiyang. The conference heard and reviewed the work reports, articles of association, and deliberation systems of the 8th Council of the Provincial Youth Enterprise Association and the 2nd Council of the Provincial Agricultural Youth Association. He Yun, the general manager of Guizhou Miaoguniang Holding Group , was elected as the third president of Guizhou Agricultural Youth Association.

The meeting emphasized that the Provincial Agricultural Youth Association should start from the organizational attributes of the Communist Youth League and the characteristics of rural youth wealth leaders, closely focus on the purpose of "ideological guidance, cultivation and empowerment, inclusive development, and revitalization of rural areas", take "building the Agricultural Youth Association and revitalizing new rural areas" as requirements, and take supply side structural reform and rural "three transformations" as opportunities to support the rural revitalization strategy and agricultural modernization construction, and strive to build the association into a service for the growth of members An excellent rural youth organization that promotes agricultural development and leads the masses to prosperity.
